After trying osteopathy and having deep tissue masssages at separate venues in the past I came across Joanne's clinic offering both services together and now I'm finding the combination of regular osteopathy, massage and prescribed exercises is providing very beneficial for my long-term upper back and neck problems. I have also received rapid relief through further deep tissue massage on some rather painful 'gardening injuries' to hip and shoulder. Five stars without doubt.

I've had chronic pain for a large part of my life and was basically at the point of just accepting that was how things were. Working with Jo though has been a life saver, not only has her massage therapy drastically improved my quality of life, but with her advice and knowledge she's made me so much more aware of my own body and how to treat it's various aches and ills. One of the best decisions of my life.

Joanne is an excellent osteopath and makes you feel so at ease in her lovely comfortable room. So helpful with post treatment exercises etc. Highly recommend.
