        Way off the image they project. The shop certainly looked top quality, so I made an appointment to get some new glasses. My old glasses were worn, but I'd no problem with the prescription; but it didn't seem to do any harm to have my eyes tested. I was told my old prescription was 'way off'. It was hard to believe so I went elsewhere and have no problem with the glasses I got to my old prescription. I can only conclude that their assessment of my eyes was what was 'way off'. The ophthalmologist was a locum. There is no such thing as quality of care or continuity of care any more. It's all superficial style. What a pity the local independent opticians have now closed down.
