        Couldn't have had a more rude reception if they had tried. We entered the tearoom to join the rest of our party, however, the staff were extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive. There was no attempt to listen, help or even acknowledge our need. We were told to leave in a very sharp and short tone and so the rest of our party also promptly left. I would avoid the tearoom and go anywhere else! Dire customer service!

        What a gem of a cafe, it was very busy but the staff worked well so no delays in taking orders or serving the food. We both choose the classic breakfast and I must say it was probably the best breakfast Ive had out everything was delicious and good quality: We got cake for dessert and again couldnt fault excellent.

        Such a lovely breakfast and the friendliest of staff. The loveliest scone Ive had (raspberry) and the sausage in the classic breakfast was so delicious. Highly recommend!
