Lovely staff very willing to help. Good range of carpets and lots of roll ends to choose from at very good prices. First choice for carpeting needs. The main part of the shop is very accessible for wheelchairs. There is a downstairs area that is accessed by steps inside, but if you asked the staff would let you in the outside door at that level which is accessible from the outside.

I went to thirsk store looked around for 20mins never seen a staff member (but Im told by others this normal) so left went Northallerton they will help if you ask so I went to Richmond store wow what a difference I was dealing with a guy called Gary he made a very stressful suitation much easier he was so helpful and such a lovely bubbly personality I needed delivery sooner than usual so he helped arrange than Thanku Gary for all your help sadly I have not rate Calverts its self had issues before now again flooring arrived damaged delivery guy was from Norton and was so helpful trying to sort it so Richmond Calverts rang at 3.08pm said Northallerton would be out with replacement well Ive just left property at 7.55pm Ive sat in a place like icebox had no heating or electric for 5mths no sign of new flooring and Im away tomorrow and fitter due thur morning To say Im furious is understatement I am now home trying to warm up Gary this is no reflection on you I changed my last review on Calverts and here we are yet again Let down

Absolutely brilliant experience in the Richmond Branch. Robert the Manager was so helpful, he emailed pictures and we managed to purchase without having to go into the store again. The fitters were polite and helpful. Thank you Robert and your team we highly recommend your branch and will purchase again Karen and Dave Eppleby.
