        Great service / food and beer ..and (I'm told) that the beer garden is spectacular , which unfortunately on my visit it was not, due to weather. Food & drinks: Brill.

        Very friendly pub and staff. Very well looked after beer. The rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. Friendly locals and the picture round of the quiz was 20 sheep!!! Rooms: Very spacious and light. The bedding was very comfortable

        Lovely, clean room. Ours was up two steep flights of stairs so may need to check accessibility issues, although it was fine for us. We had a view of the castle from our room. The tea, coffee and biscuit tray was replenished during the day. The breakfast was great and also vegan and vegetarian options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking along the road between 16.00 and 10am and a disc is provided for display. The town is quaint and lots of food and drink places. The castle opens during April, so we were not able to visit inside. The Buck Inn is a lovely place to stay.
