        Requested high lights when booking appt. At the appointment asked for golden coloured as felt last time it was too bleached and didnt like this. Hair was bleached white. Asked why she had done this and was told that I should have asked for a tint not highlights. I said I wasnt aware of the exact terminology but hoped my description would have guided what would be applied. Really unhappy with the colour as not what I asked for. Will never go back Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Hair highlighting
