If you go into this shop dont expect any customer service! Even when two members of staff are standing behind the till they still do not serve you! I used the self service till in the end because I didnt have time to wait for them to end their conversation. Sadly its not the first time Ive been ignored whilst shopping here.

Visited to buy a bereavement card and found them difficult to locate. Otherwise a nicely set out shop with things nicely displayed.

Well stocked shop with plenty of variety in the magazine and book sections. Lots of local interest reference material. Everything else is as you'd expect from WH. Bit of a surprise to find one in the town square, hopefully it is well supported and doesn't close as many other small outlets have.

I found this branch of wh smiths to be pricey compared to others the staff must feels like it's a chore to serve you it's no wonder the shop is nearly always empty
