These guys proper messed up my day. Made them aware I had a train to catch and needed a clean for a sale. Was told it wouldn't be a problem and to come back in 2 hours. Came back after the specified amount of time and they hadn't even touched the van. If they'd said they couldn't do it I had plenty of time to go somewhere else. Now I don't have time to get it cleaned as it's been sat in their yard all day with no one doing anything.

Firstly may I start by saying I have used this car wash from day one but I will never use it again. They washed my car and I asked for a mini valet to which they replied that I would have to wait for an hour as they wanted to clean the inside of a White car that had not even been cleaned at this point. As I was already in the queue to be dried off I said that it should be first come first served and I managed to convince them to clean the inside of my car. When I went to pay, they informed me that the cost was 25.00 but on the board it was 20 (Already a 25% increase) They then informed me that I had a Gold valet, but I only requested a mini valet. The difference between the two valets is with a Gold valet they clean your leather seats. As I don't have leather seats this is an impossibility. So they were clearly trying to rip me off and did not expect me to defend myself. Single women please do not allow this company to take advantage of you with their male chavistnistic behaviours!
