        Returned after buying a new car last year for its first service. Pretty much straight forward dropped off car then received a call when ready. Only down side for some people is parking, not a lot of room to drop off the car.

        They have reorganised and are disorganised. Promised 1 hour to change 2 tyres took nearly 2. No sign of personal service I have experienced for the past 20+ years. Disappointing.
