Having previously rented a property where R&S were the preferred contractor for heating and plumbing, I had no reservations about calling them when we finally bought our own place and needed taps fitted and a full gas safety check done. From booking, to getting a quote and an appointment, the back office team are fantastic. We didn't wait more than 48 hours for an appointment, the pricing was clear and the work was carried out to an excellent standard. The staff who visited us (James for gas check and Ryan for the plumbing) were friendly, professional, on-time and competent. They explained what they were doing, provided advice on ongoing care and things to watch for in terms of maintenance. R&S will be on my speed dial for all things plumbing, heating and (if needed) electrical. When it comes time for us to design a new kitchen, we'll be calling on them to help too!
