    Did not solve our problem! Used silicone to fill in a tiny hole and left out trays of poison that the pests did not and have not even touched. That is their COMPLETE method of removal of pests. Although to be quite fair they remove absolutely nothing! The job is not done. Nothing has improved from this basic pest. I am extremely frustrated from this experience as I had high hopes of this company after reading their reviews! They are now saying extra visits are chargeable which I find disturbing as we paid a hefty amount (239.99). This was something completely out of our budget and something we couldnt really afford but we thought this was a credible option and trusted JG as they seemed like a good, trustworthy company. The thought they would do this did not even cross my mind, especially doing this to an already-struggling family in the midst of a cost-of-living crisis. They have also stated that since I did not email them back after January, that they could not do anything as we did not respond. This is a lie as I have proof of our response. I just did not expect this sort of behaviour or service from what seemed to be such a professional company. In all honesty, Im just disappointed. Job Reference: 323193

    This is a very summarised version of events. The problem. An infestation of bed bugs in every room in my home. Company fee 1020. Heat treatment to my home. Irreparable damage to one large double glazed window frame,which will cost 700+ to replace. I had to vacate the premises during treatment and returned to find the one staff member allocated for this 1020 job had gone home. He didnt bother leaving a note explaining the damage. I emailed a complaint the next day.This was ignored by JG PEST CONTROL,and as also was a follow up email. The bed bugs. They are still here,stabbing their proboscis into my veins at night and drinking my blood. Actually two days ago the company did concerningly ask me to contact them. This was only when I brought the situation to the attention of online review companies. I am 77 and live alone. This situation has been one of the most dispirited episodes of my life.Anyone can get bed bugs. I am a clean person and I believe I picked these up on a bus journey.

    We had a woodworm treatment done by JG Pest control. We originally booked them in to survey and produce a quote for a treatment needed in the attic and outbuilding of a house we we planning to purchase. When we had estimated completion dates we booked them into do the treatment. Unfortunately our completion dates kept changing and I had to reschedule the treatment multiple times, regardless JG Pest control we patient and did not charge us extra. When we did finally exchange had them in to do the work but it had turned out the attic had been filled with junk from the previous tenant. Again they were happy to rearrange despite having already been called out. When visiting and carrying out the work their communication was good and I got regular updates on the progress. They are due to carry out a follow up visit next week. The treatment was expensive however the contract covers us for up to 10 years and so we were willing to pay to have this level of cover.
