Absolute incompetents, drivers, call centre, depots, IT systems. Waited in on 3 consecutive days only to be messaged 'we missed you'! Utter lies because, they made no attempts to deliver, did not call if they couldn't find me. To top it all driver sent random pictures of house entrances which are not mine. They don't deserve to be in business. A good job we don't ask them to undertake anything requiring more than 1 brain cell between them.
