        All good to start off with but then Women in shop had little understanding of business and doesn't have the relationship with stove manufacturer as she thinks, which is no surprise if she has the same attitude with manufacturer as she did with us! After making enquiries elsewhere every other supplier/installer has taken delivery of the stove we want so gone elsewhere and purchased same stove, had another survey and then installed before they have even given us a call to say they have taken delivery of a stove never mind an install date!

        Their knowledge concerning all things relating to solid fuels log burners etc is for superior to any other shops out there. Always use them and have done for years.
