Terrible customer service. I ordered a meat box, but it did not contain what was listed on their website. Although I appreciate things may change slightly, what I received was nothing like it should have been, and the value lower. When I emailed them to challenge this, they did not reply or even acknowledge my email. Very disappointing. Update on the above..... I initially gave a score of 1 star for the reason explained. However, I was contacted by the owner/farmer, Fraser, who was very apologetic and has put things right.

I ordered a meat box to London and it's been amazing! I found them on Instagram and loved the look of there high welfare farm. Everyone looks so happy. The quality is top notch and I will be ordering again!
