        We arrived yesterday to the Boot Room. We received a warm welcome from the owners, complimentary homemade cookies, tea, coffee and milk. The Boot Room has to be the best place we've stayed at. Myself, My mum and my 11 year old daughter + 1 old British Bull dog ! Our girly trip was definitely worth it. We are having a wonderful time. The Boot Room is so full of character and very comfortable. The large open fire and the sauna are amazing. The beds are so comfortable. We are so glad we came to the Boot Room. It has everything and more for what we would expect in a holiday home. It is the perfect location for us as we explore the wonderful Lancashire Countryside. We will definitely be returning .

        Fabulous stay here at the boot room. Very VERY relaxing with the sauna/ steam room and the little one adores the jacuzzi bath. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented throughout. The wildflowers on the kitchen table and home made scones were a lovely touch (and delicious) Plenty of walks and scenic views, my partner even had a few hours fishing on the canal. The hosts were welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. Thank you for a lovely birthday get away. Charlotte and family.
