Preston Crematorium

Went to talk to an old friend who had passed away, sat by the ponds. So peaceful. Can't comment on the inside though as it's been years since I went in.

My wife and my self went to the crematorium today to put some flowers in the garden of rememberence, we were shocked to see the state of the grounds all over grown bins were full of rubbish dead flowers in containers what has happened to this place it used to be so nice, we have been coming here for over 30 years it is disgusting to see such a place go down like this shame on you Preston City Council.

The presentation of the chapel is very welcoming but does not hold itself suitable for the website streaming it now has in operation. The film is grainy and jerky and unless the speaker is on the podium way in front in the dark, and with the only microphone suitable for sound, they can not be seen. The microphones in the ceiling main part do not pick up anyone talking - the podium needs to be placed further into the centre of the chapel to enable speech to be heard clearly. I do not recommend this streaming service.
