        Great service and great bikes. This bike shop was recommended by a lady in Serena Hall art shop, Southwold. It was our first trip to Southwold; Jason was so lovely and dropped and collected the bikes to us, as well as recommending a route for us. Really happy and we would definitely use this hire shop again.

        We used Southwold Cycle Hire this year after disappointing experiences with another local company. We paid the extra 5 and Henry delivered and collected the bikes to/from our campsite on the dot of the agreed time. The bikes were brand new Dawes' and it was great to spend the day cycling rather than replacing chains and doing running repairs. See you next year. Ps. Cycle to Dingle Hill Tearooms - about an hour's ride, minimal road work and great cake.

        Really great friendly service. Easy to book and only a fiver more to get the bikes delivered to where we were staying. The bikes were good quality and well maintained, came with a helmet and a lock. Collection was organised via a phone call, super simple and so much easier than us faffing about bringing our bikes from home on the bike rack. Would certainly use again.
