Bought a car from here a couple of months ago. Website said nationwide delivery so I took the risk of buying without seeing or test driving it. Huge mistake!!! I financed the car through another company . Apart from phoning them to pay my deposit I heard nothing about my car from keywise for 2 weeks. I phoned them and was told they were waiting for a delivery company to pick up my car to transport it to me. I thought fair enough but some communication would have been nice especially when im spending 7.5k with you guys. About a week later the car finally arrived. Took it for a test drive and noticed instantly that the gearbox was crunching when changing gears.also after the short drive there was a burning smell from the engine so i popped the bonnet and black smoke was coming from the engine. Had it looked at by 2 mechanics one of which is a vauxhall master technician. They said the synchromesh was on the way out. A very expensive repair job. Around 1500 They also said that whoever was selling the car would have definitely known about this issue beforehand. Another thing I want to mention was how poorly valeted the car was. There was a large patch of mould in the boot and the inside of the car was pretty grubby not what you expect from a garage. So I returned the car. Keywise were difficult at every stage of the process. They wouldn't pay for the uplift of the car so the finance company paid for it and then invoiced keywise. After that I phoned keywise to get my deposit back. They said the were waiting for the finance company to approve them to give me my deposit back. I found this very strange as did the finance company. They were just making it as difficult as possible. After that keywise weren't willing to refund my whole deposit telling me that the 350 delivery charge was being taken from my deposit. I phoned the finance company and they told me I was entitled to a FULL refund. Keywise then lied to the finance company telling them I had signed a document saying I knew the delivery charge was non refundable. This was simply not true. And the finance company told me it was the law that i get my full deposit back. Finally as keywise weren't giving me my money back the finance company refunded my full deposit and are invoicing keywise cars for the money. Such a relief to be done with these crooks and I feel so smug that I got my money back AVOID THIS GARAGE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Nothing positive to say!! Bought a car last April, had issues from day one, bought it home and there was a knocking or ticking noise from the engine, after checking it ourselves there was not one drop of oil in it, for a car that had been supposidly serviced! So we filled it up, noise continued, rang keywise and returned it the following day, the pulley had to be replaced, which they done, a few days later the electrics failed, the roof or windows wouldn't work at all, the central locking has never worked, so once again it went back! They had it fixed in a BMW garage, it was bought with less than 50k miles on the clock, the warrenty runs out and then the engine problems started, it went into limp mode, then started smoking very bad, we've had 3 mechanics look at the piece of rubbish and they've all said its a new engine job! We've drove the car less than 10k miles since having it, so this is a joke really, although keywise offered us 2ktrade in for it if we had something else from them, but this onecost us 9k!! What a joke, it's still off the road now, and we are going through trading standards as we speek, wouldn't recommend you to anyone, just waiting on an update from trading standards! But it's looking like we've got a good case against you!
