I bought a lovely Honda Jazz from Manor Motors over Christmas which I am very happy with. The communication and customer service was very good from start to finish. When I viewed the car I asked the person selling the car various questions about its condition and service history. It soon became clear that he is a very knowledgable and experienced mechanic. As he did all the repairs / preparation of the car himself he was able to give me detailed and conclusive explanations of every issue I raised. This gave me a lot of confidence that I wasnt being given vague or false technical information about the car and its history. He offered me a good price, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I felt I could trust him which is good for me as I'm generally a bit cautious when it comes to buying a car. He was friendly, professional and just a decent guy who clearly enjoys his job. I would highly recommend buying from Manor Motors. Many thanks!

A very trustworthy and honest garage/dealership. I am always on edge, when buying a car or having work done to it, but Steve (owner) was very proffesional and hard working. Manor Mortors is a complete genuine place to go. They offer warranty with cars they sell, and will not lie to you. Cheers Steve!

My wife and I bought a vehicle from Manor Motors last year October 2020 which stated recent MOT and no advisories. We took the vehicle to a garage on 01/10/2021 as MOT was expiring soon. The mechanics at the garage said they were shocked at what they saw from the amount of corrosion and rot. They said this vehicle will not pass MOT and is not worth repairing. We took the vehicle to a second garage for a second opinion where they confirmed what the first garage had said. Both garages said it was impossible for this amount of corrosion to have occurred in the 11/12 months of owning the vehicle and that they find it difficult that it even passed the last MOT yet alone with no advisories. When approaching Manor Motors the response was "we did not do the mot on the vehicle, we took it to an mot station for them to do the test on it" and suggested that the corrosion must have occurred in the time we have owned the vehicle. I find it difficult to believe that corrosion of this extent must have only occurred in the time we have owned the vehicle. Ended up being an expensive vehicle, paying a few thousand pounds for a years usage.
