Phoned the office asking for a match to an Egger colour/number and they provided a match for me. Wonderful!!! I placed the order over the phone and received the parcel the next day. Also, bought a Product Sample Pack. The colour board which has a cap inserted into each respective colour swatch is priceless(all 96 colours). Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

Outstanding customer service in a society where this is becoming increasingly rare. I cannot recommend this professional company highly enough. Amazing product too; they seemed the only company I could easily find online that offered such a huge range of colour-matched Bifix Pozi Caps. The colour chosen perfectly matched the slate sign I needed them for. I've read the other reviews here, and I'm at a loss as to why another guy on here left such a poor review about customer service. He clearly did not receive the same flawless customer service I received from both people I spoke to at ScrewCaps UK....but I would say that a guy who anonymously tries to discredit another company in a review, without even having the courtesy to put his name to it speaks volumes about the type of guy he is. Sounds like he was annoyed he couldn't get his own way so thought he'd slate the company instead. I only needed TWO Bifix Pozi Caps, but was more than willing to buy the bag of 1000 because I was blown away by the colour choice, and they're always handy to have - and I'm not even in the trade! Use ScrewCaps UK if you want perfect products form a professional, friendly company who actually care about their customers.

Called for advice after which I posted in a sample of a tiny piece of painted wood for Audra and her colleague to colour match. The screw caps they recommended were a perfect colour match. Very happy with the service and product I received.
