    #cadent how on earth can you think it is acceptable to leave a household to arrive home today to no heating or hot water overnight when it was not a gas emergency. This now means one of us has to take time off work with no warning tomorrow. Even your own customer service team said it was disgraceful and an embarrassment. Offering just eat vouchers is not the way to go. Shoving an advanced warning of work card through the letter box today, dated the 15th and then a you werent in when we came to do the work on the street, so we have cut your gas supply card through on the same day is showing sheer contempt. I expect your site team leader to be at my door complete with an apology at 8am as agreed by your customer service team.

    We cannot speak highly enough about the service we have received from them. What started out as a low pressure reading on our gas supply on the installation of a new boiler, turned into a major issue that needed both the street and our drive dug up. We were offered both heaters and food vouchers to keep us going, kept fully informed of events as they happened and the work was carried out quickly with minimum mess and fuss. Well impressed.

    We had a gas leak at our property I was in a state of panic and called the emergency gas number. I was gobsmacked when an engineer arrived within 15mins of me making the call, I cannot tell you how relieved I felt when I saw the Cadent van pull up! The emergency engineer temporarily shut off the gas until the repair team could attend site, they took around an hour to arrive which I think is more than reasonable given they are attending other emergencies. The engineers were brilliant they explained everything to me and instantly made me feel safe in my property again! I would like to thank Neil, Tom & Wayne who all worked together to assess and resolve the leak, fantastic group of men and a total credit to this company, I found them incredibly efficient, polite, friendly and informative. They worked swiftly to make our home safe again, very grateful for their time.
