Money was taken immediately via PayPal on line when the order was placed. The product did not turn up so chased it up by email..., no reply. Tried to cancel the order ... no reply. Tucked away on the website on further investigation you note there is a page saying they are not fulfilling orders currently. It was necessary to buy product elsewhere. It is simply not good practice to take full payment for a product you do not have nor even a clear idea of when that product will be available to the customer. Its a genuine company, not scammers or anything but more care needs to be taken when running an online facility

We ordered the brackets online and were concerned that after 4 weeks we had not heard anything despite emails and phone calls. As we are local we went to see if the company were still trading. They are but when we spoke to the owner he says he has been overwhelmed by orders and due to staff shortages caused by covid, is struggling to keep up with demand. We were able to collect our brackets today. He says he is now dealing with orders from 12th May. He was very pleasant and helpful and apologised for the delay. I have posted this to help anyone still waiting for their order.The product is excellent. It is not a bad company but has been caught out by unprecedented demand.

Ordered postfix trellis extension arms 3 weeks ago and no sign of them. Tried contacting the company numerous ways but no response. The customer service is dreadful and would definitely not recommended them.

Good quality product, but customer service is absolutely terrible. Ordered 2 packs of Trellis extension arms on 31st of May. didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, so rang (2 mobiles and factory) emailed, whatsapp several times and absolutely no answer or response. Voicemail box is full. I was told parcel was shipped on 16th July, but no tracking info. I complained via Paypal and they have arrived today (22nd July). 52 days - nearly 8 weeks for 10 pairs of U section bent metal, not some bespoke complicated design. They have recently stopped taking orders to clear the backlog and state 28 days for delivery. Mine was almost twice that. If they had taken 2 minutes to respond with "we're on it, but behind schedule", that would have helped. Feel free to use this company, but expect terrible delays and no dialogue
