My opinion of Griffin Freight, Loyalty to drivers accounts for nothing! I worked for them for 11 years (stupid me) and all they are concerned with is profit not their drivers welfare. Fine if you are a YES man but if you dare voice an opinion they don't like you are 'punished' with bad jobs and/or inferior wagons. Rate of pay is poor (8.41p pH as at Feb 19) but you are still expected to do a 'night out' with no notice after doing a full day's work, or expect you to have 9 off and go home. When there is no work it is up to you to ring in at 9am and have no preparation for when, where or if you are working which is stressful (for no extra money). Anyway their turn over of drivers says it all, most only last a couple of months......
