        I have delivered my referral letter dated 20 February to the surgery reception and been advised that I would receive a phone call from my doctor's secretary. No phone call so I sent an email 10 days ago (it is April !!) - no response. This is very disappointing.

        Visited Dr Drew today with severe pain and offered an ear spray , came home sobbing as I'm in excruciating pain , when I was asked what if this doesn't work his answer was I don't know and rushed me out of the door !! I've been at Crown house all my life and only go when needed , I'm in absolute agony

        Absolutely awful doctors, speak to you like dirt, don't book an actual time for an appointment, don't help with anything & then hang up when they decide you should be done. Absolutely disgusting practice, would not reccomend, not if you want to actually be helped.
