Bingham & Young Opticians

I went here for my eye test after my Mum reccommended it to me!! She'd been for a diabetic eye test with Bingham and Young and had raved about their severice and care so much that she's managed to convince the whole family to make the switch from Specsavers to here!! The building was clean, bright and welcoming. The staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. I was listened to when I explained my history with headaches, and what I said was taken on board and not just swept under the carpet like I've felt it has in other opticians. Will definitely be making the switch to Bingham and Young permenately!!

This options have been fantastic with my girls, really helpful and patient. the optition is extremely thorough and gives great advice to help them.

Really impressed with the Community Urgent Eye Care Service (CUES) provided here. I phoned this afternoon and they got me in for an emergency appointment within 2 hours. Thankfully there wasn't anything major. But they have referred me for follow up treatment with an opthalmology clinic. Excellent service.

My son got referred here as a hospital referral. On his first visit we discovered the glasses he was currently wearing (which we received from a well known opticians) were the wrong lenses for him. This was corrected by Bingham & Young and then our following appointment 3 months later showed my son had made great improvement in his eyes and he could see more lines than he used to and one of his eyes which used to go inwards has now greatly improved too! Thank you so much for giving him the correct lenses to help him strengthen his eyes! Who knows the damage which could of been caused if we were still just sitting waiting for the hospital appointment. Excellent service and wont be going anywhere else in the future!

I saw the optician who straightaway referred me to the hospital,the hospital lost my referral so I contacted Bingham and Young again and they immediately sorted out the problem and I was seen and sorted straightaway If it wasnt for the opticians quick action there was a possibility I could lost the sight in one eye I cant thank them enough
