Michelle is excellent at finding the right product that suited my needs. She went into detail with the products, knew her information and gave her reasons for which she could see was correct for me. Michelle allowed me to make my own choice but always checked I completely understood how each worked so I could be confident and she was confident I was making the right choice. If I needed to change my mind (as I wasn't sure if to move or remortgage), I was able to and nothing was ever too much trouble for Michelle. Michelle was on hand - only a text/phone call/email or WhatsApp message away! She would get back in touch as soon as she was able - which was generally the same or next day. If later, you knew she was ultra busy. Michelle would answer every question as if it was important, even the dumb ones! She has a great love of her career and people and good at both. No, amazing at both! I would have been up the creek without a paddle and I cannot praise her enough. Michelle also arranged a product for my daughter and her partner - which is how I came to use Michelle's Services. My daughter couldn't praise her enough. Every stage through the legal work too and if I needed prompting on sending paperwork through or signing paperwor; Michelle was there to gently guide me. For something so stressful, she made it almost stress free. I would get myself into nervous knots and Michelle would untie the knots and show me the way. Thank you so very much Michelle Baines. Michelle has been incredible, we have been in the process of buying a new build for the last 9 months and with all of the market changes and an offer expiry we have been so worried, but Michelle talked us through everything, provided excellent advice and did all of the hard work quickly and with great communication. I 100% believe we wouldnt be sitting in our new house right now if it wasnt for Michelles help and I cannot recommend her enough!
