not very happy when I went to the mobility centre at the nec in birmingham to buy a scooter for my husband, who is quite large we were shown the Kymco and were told it was suitable, it was brought down 2 weeks later, a small incline the scooter tipped backwards , husband fell on the floor we were totaly missold this product,it has broken down twice within 1 week of it getting fixed took several emails to get them to come down, i wanted them to take it away and give me my money back which they would not do, totaly led us up the garden path, we have now got a very expensive scooter which my husband can not drive as he does not feel stable on it, they would not even swap it in for a stronger scooter as part exchange which says a lot for the Kymco

These are the professionals, they care about what they do, and also care about there customers. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them for most of your mobility needs

No pressure sales, listened to our needs, no over sale, plenty of time to get the right mobility scooter for the individual, a great place to go for your mobility needs with friendly, helpful and great staff
