The team we had were thoughtful individuals who were truly dedicated to the caring profession.

Very disappointed with the company they came to care and look after my dad with dementia. It was the first and last time I wouldn't ever consider using them, they didn't returned my call. Only after sending email did they reply. asking how they can improve there service. So I hope this information helps staff and management do better. Don't let staff go to sleep while looking after people, and not to make FALSE invoice address, time and dates you didn't come on.

There is no praise high enough for what Total Healthcare have done, not only for dad but for our whole family. I know that often expectations are high for how we expect our loved ones to be cared for, and sadly as a family we have certainly experienced what poor care can look like. With Total Healthcare solutions my expectations have not only been met they have been exceeded and I finally feel able to relax. Within a very short time the caregivers had built up a lovely relationship with dad and they took the time to get to know him and what is important to him. The lines of communication are always open and the carers work with me to problem solve and find new strategies to keep dad safe, happy and content. Their commitment to his well being both mental and physical is clear.

C'an't speak too highly of these guys ,really are caring and always treat us with the greatest respect .Give a great service ,we would be drvastated to be without them.Are like extended family
