Communication was first class. The bathroom cabinet was perfect, delivery was exactly on time, and included a proper tracking app. so you could plan your day to be in at the time of delivery, instead of staying at home all day. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a media unit bespoke made from Raw Furniture UK. I originally found them through Etsy and made my purchase through that platform. What they created was perfect. From initial ordering through to the delivery everything was great. I even made a couple of adjustments once I had placed the order, nothing was too much trouble. I am thrilled with the unit and will be ordering again in the future!

I was hesitant to place my order due to wait times but decided to go ahead and I was not disappointed my bespoke item arrived and I couldnt be happier with it. The quality and design is well worth the money. Thank you to the Raw team and the delivery guys. We had problems getting it in and both couldnt have been more helpful and we got there in the end.
