        I purchased a Nash baiting pole system on 26th of December but when I actually phoned up about five days later - I was told it was out of stock! But I had to phone myself to find out it was out of stock? Now the 7th January still no refund after four messages via email,PayPal and Facebook Absolute Joke of a company- DO NOT TRUST STICK. WITH ANGLING DIRECT OR TOTAL FISHING WHERE YOU KNOW YOU WILL GET YOUR PRODUCTS OR REFUND!

        I wish these guys had a store closer to me they dispatched my product in good time..... when I called the lad was very helpful on the phone nothing was too much trouble. They are honest and have the best gear for your needs - keep up the great work this place is my go to place now and will be placing orders here now..... will certainly be sharing the link to there store with the lads on my water
