Polite service but their currency rates are misleading. Ordered Australian dollars when the interbank rate was 1 GBP - $1.80 AUD. Told the tourist rate was $1.74. So I ordered. 2 days later I went to collect when the interbank rate had fallen to 1 GBP - $1.79. So a fall of around 1 cent. Coop travel informed me that my rate had fallen by 4 cents to 1 GBP - $1.70 AUD So when you call them they will give you a good rate, but will also inform you this may change on the day. This allows them to give you a low rate on the day whatever the change in interbank rates. Good for Coop travel profits Be careful!
