        The lady staff member was really helpful and accomodating so I couldn't fault her. It was the footwear, I am a size 8 and I tried 5 pairs of boots on and not one pair were wide enough to zip up, I haven't got massive legs and I've bought from shoe zone in the past and been satisfied. When I looked at the other boots on display they all looked narrow fitting. I don't know if they have changed manufacturers but maybe they could look into this.
