Purchased a Scuderia Ferrari 2022 Team shirt on Sept 15,2022. Was shipped on Sept 16,2022 via Deutsche post with tracking LY377950623DE to India. Item never arrived 3 weeks later and seller is not assisting with refunds of the order as they claim "once items leave their warehouse they can no longer control it". NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE FRAUDS located in UK. Best to purchase items elsewhere from people who can actually assist with tracking the items and speaking to the courier/postal service to get the item shipped and delivered to you without any hassles. They claim to be fancy and legit. Don't fall for their discounted motorsports trash. I had to email and contact Deutsche Post myself since item was shipped to sort out issues which SHOULD HAVE BEEN done by their employee yet never received what I ordered and NO REFUND was received. If you in case do choose to buy from them, purchase through their Ebay/Amazon accounts where if they do cheat and ignore you, you can file a refund claim against them and likewise leave a feedback on their account so they don't try to outsmart you as what frauds usually do. Let's see if I do get my package by Oct 16,2022 as the postal service said as its the final deadline of the package. UPDATE: Package NEVER ARRIVED after waiting for one whole month until Oct 14,2022. Seller REFUNDED!
