I recently used Alexander Jacob for the sale of my property and I have to say they were brilliant! Emily and Rod made the whole process feel easy from start to finish. They were very professional yet friendly, Emily was happy to deal with any queries I had and was quick to communicate with me throughout.

Great experience overall with Alexander Jacob. Buying our first house, was at times confusing and stressful. However the customer care we received during this process was attentive, understanding and set our minds at ease. Spencer was particularly brilliant. He helped us to navigate through any complications we experienced effectively and always providing updates on progress.

Absolutely fantastic. Recently rented a property from Alexander Jacobs, after Tom had shown myself around and was fantastic. When I moved in noted a couple of issues and they could not have done more to get it sorted. Always keeping me up to date with what was going on. Nothing was ever a problem always polite and friendly. Stacey was amazing sorting all the paperwork which was done super quick and so efficiently. George has emailed regularly and kept me up to date with things and nothing has been a problem. A great friendly team who go over and beyond. Very happy, thank you all.

From start to finish I cant recommend Alexander jacobs estates enough! We moved from one property to another through them and they were absolutely amazing! From start to finish Tom was there with my millions of questions and kept in touch throughout the process and kept us up to date and got everything done for us quickly. Rod and Emily showed buyers around the property on behalf of the landlord but they were so kind and thoughtful to us as tennants too and made us feel at ease. The team couldnt help us enough and they did everything they could to make our move go super smoothly. Im so so greatful to them for making a really stressful situation so smooth and relaxed. They are professional and very knowledgeable about what they do but are also really supportive and caring! Thank you so much to all of them.
