I would like to give a huge credit to Ryan from TUI Retford store. Hes been more than amazing. Very knowledgeable gentleman, answers all my questions and very patient. Just finished booking my second trip with him and I am more than happy! Thank you for everything I will be back!

Staff were really friendly from the beginning. It was so quick and easy to buy the exact holiday we wanted! Big thanks to Mel who was so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend her assistance if youre wanting to book a holiday! She couldnt help us enough! We will be booking with Mel again!

Daniel was fantastic, I has issues with my insurance company and needed a lot of information from TUI to give them and he was really helping and understanding and provided me with everything that I required quickly and efficiently. He helped me make the process al lot smoother. He is fantastic at his job and extremely professional!

We were recently recommended to come to Ryan at our local TUI store due to his knowledge and high level customer service. Me and my partner were looking at booking a destination wedding and Ryan did not disappoint, he has been extremely helpful from the moment we walked through the door, booked the holiday and wedding and now with helping us get our guests booked to come into the trip. His communication is outstanding always keeping us updated, when planning a wedding in another country this was vital for us that we had a travel agent who would keep us updated and help reduce stresses that come with planning a wedding. Ryan has been friendly and helpful at all times. Having read some reviews of TUI destination weddings and delays in getting confirmation of wedding dates, I was slightly worried, but Ryan helped reassure us all would be in hand and evidently worked efficiently as we then received our wedding date within the week. I cannot fault Ryans service and feel grateful for the help and support he has provided us with so far, he is an asset to the Retford TUI store.
