A great Martial art for street defence but all round fitness too. Up to date defence systems for an up to date World. Simon has learned from some of the Top Instructors in many different fields of Combat and would certainly recommend. An award winning school with a real ethos and devotion to helping others progress as well as supporting those that may struggle in a less supportive school. Keep up the great work Simon and the team.

With 20 years experience, and coaching from truly one of the best instructors in the UK, you wont be disappointed here. Simon has trained under the best of the best, and delivers his classes in an intelligent, responsible and all inclusive way. At 6 pound a class, this is true value for money. The vibe is amazing, all the guys are truly welcoming and everybody just gets along. Get fit, have fun, and learn some real skills unlike nothing else in the area. No contracts.

Both myself and my kids use Kairos the instruction is fantastic and you will learn how to defend yourself in real life aplicable situations. Kairos is a fantastic place to be the team is friendly and welcoming and from all walks of life. As for the kids classes in the short time my kids have been learning the confidence in them has grown so much it's a pleasure to see. Seriously give it a go you've nothing to lose and everything to gain!!!

Great instructor, great art and a fantastic bunch of people to train with! Kairos has been brilliant for both my confidence and fitness and I would recommend this to anyone, so go on, give it a try!
