If i could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is shocking! Faulty goods reported to them, no answer after months of emails, had to threaten with legal action and Trading standards. Had to pay for replacements, one of which arrived damaged, I am still waiting for a reply to my email sent 4 weeks ago. Avoid this company, terrible products and terrible service. See the reply from the owner below....just goes to prove me right. Great attitude to have to a customer who spent thousands of pounds on a single order.

Awful company - have a really bad service. We have a large amount of LED panels which developed a fault after about 2 years where they all look dappled & they had the cheek to say we should have been dusting them to avoid dirt penetrating the sides. These are lights that are set into a ceiling grid! Furthermore, during Covid they furloughed their staff and yet carried on working - downright unethical. We certainly won't be using them again.

Fantastic shop very nice welcoming staff will go the extra mile to help u get what u need got all my lights from there never had a problem would recommend good prices
