The house itself is ok, driveways are to narrow, when we moved in we were told the turf will be put down in 2 weeks but we waited 2 months and they finally did it middle of december, after we asked about it and complained several times, also them knowing we have a dog that couldn't go on the muddy garden. When it rains the patio is covered in water. Next door neighbour complained about the same issue when it rains. No one never came for inspections or asked if there were any problems to fix.

Nice estate still being built so the roads are not finished. Everyone seems nice and friendly.

Beware. If you have issues then customer services do not want to help. I had to top my boiler up for the past year or so, and I thought nothing of it as there was no visible leaks, until I noticed that the pipework in the tank cupboard was leaking. Phoned customer services up and it was agreed with one woman that although I was out of warranty by 6 weeks they would send a plumber round. Rang back next day as I hadn't heard anything, to be told they're doing nothing as its out of warranty. Another problem is that my front door has been hitting the frame since we moved in, and they have been out to it 3 times to try and fix it, which works temporarily then it goes back to hitting the frame again, you can see in the photos that the door isn't square in the frame. But as I'm outside of the two year warranty now no one wants to know. I have fixed the leaking pipe myself, because Linden are too rubbish to help a customer over the sake of 6 weeks outside of warranty. The door, I guess I'll have to pay for someone to come and fit one properly so it doesn't hit the door frame.
