Club Energy Retford

Ive been tempted to try weights for a while as I tend to stick to more of a cardio based workout. The Ladies that Lift has been a fab introduction to weights for a complete novice. Charlotte has taught us how to safely lift and given me the confidence to just have a go. Ive had 1:1s recently too and have found these really helpful. I find that the times of these sessions are perfect to fit in with school runs. Starting something new can be intimidating but I havent found this with any of the classes at Club Energy. Thanks for encouraging and pushing me!!

The best gym in the area! Having struggled in the past to settle into a gym, its so refreshing to have found somewhere with such welcoming staff and members. The staff honestly cannot do enough for you, and are always there to answer any questions and offer their knowledge and advice. Ive recently started attending the Ladies who lift workshop with Charlotte, and this has massively increased my confidence using a range of weights and machines in the gym that I havent used before. Cannot recommend Club Energy enough!

Ladies Who Lift Workshop with Charlotte was fantastic! Being shown how use the gym equipment correctly but in a relaxed and informative way was really helpful. Charlotte took time to answer all and any questions as well as looking at my technique and advising where appropriate. Im definitely going to another workshop and would highly recommend it to any ladies who lift!

What an absolutely fantastic gym. So friendly and helpful and the range of classes is exceptional. Wouldnt go anywhere else. You lot really do keep me sane. Jayne x
