I Needed 2 pieces of glass for a kitchen cupboard door set. These were supplied timely and with no fuss. They even called at my house to take the order.

We used Retford Glass to replace sealed units. As soon as their bill was paid all customer service ceased. We reported defective work within two months and had no response. We complained many times and had no joy in getting the defects attended to. After a year we have now used a better local company to rectify the defects. Short of taking Retford Glass to court for their poor workmanship I see no chance of getting this company to honour their promises. Avoid at all costs. Please note that they also trade as Newark Glass so beware.

They did the job well enough but when it came to a receipt and guarantee, it was promised once we paid, (immediate payment demanded)...but sadly, after many emails and texts, we never received either. We wont use again, will stick to professional Companies in the future. Very disappointed.

Got some good glass from their, were gonna use that well, sufficient service and very helpful staff as they brought it to the car. Although it was hard to find in th Outbacks of retford. But still the glass does its job so can't fault it there.
