I paid next day delivery at a cost of 15 ,,, for a small set of shop scales . A week later ,,, still no scales ,, I rang them and they said theyd look into it and ring me straight back !!! No phone call ,,, so I emailed them and had a moan and to question the 15 next day delivery ,,, they blamed the manufacture ,,, I bought the scales off them not the manufacture ,, on there website it says ,,, in stock next working day delivery ,, Im still waiting for the scales a week later ,, I ordered from them because we needed them asap . They should change from next working day delivery to ,,, next working week !!!!

Absolutely lovee Direct Shopfitters, I am only a small business with a tiny unit as I am an online seller. I bought a way over priced mesh wall from Amazon because I thought it would be the cheaper option and was delighted when I found this company online. Its cheap, good quality, no minimum spend and fast delivery. Amazing, and I know when I branch out into a shop who to come to for all my fittings.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are selling products on eBay that they do not have. They cancel orders before reviewed so negative feedback cannot be given. I ordered a product and they said they do not have it. I was at first offered alternatives that was not what I was looking for. They had the same product in a different colour which was more expensive. Although not ideal I asked can they ship that one out instead and cover the cost for the inconvenience. Flat out refused and didn't offer discount. Seems to me they are selling products they don't have and then offering higher priced items to make more money. Buyers beware. I would not trust this company. They offered no real apology. Absolute bad service overall.

Was very tempted with a garment rail and extension pieces but the delivery on a small order made it too expensive for what I needed it for.

Great company, great prices and range, I was looking for pipe connectors to link Gazebo poles for a frame for an outside movie screen but the actual plastic gazebo parts were extortionate (Cheaper to buy a new gazebo). Googling I found this company, ordered one day and delivered the next, seamless purchase and thank you.
