He responded promptly to my enquiry (so few tradespeople do these days), allowing us to agree a price and timeline much more rapidly than I've grown used to. When the job was due, he arrived on time, got on with it, and finished it earlier than he or I expected him to. Because he didn't take as long, he then reduced the price he'd quoted me. Can't fault any steps taken. It's been a pleasure working with him
