We've been working with Marketing Labs for around 18 months now and we're very happy with the service they have provided us. Their main strength is that they focus on what works for our business and our industry. They talk to us about commercial opportunities in our sector based on their research and experience rather than applying strategies which are unproven in our industry. It's a refreshing approach in what can be a murky world of digital agencies! So far the results have been fantastic in both SEO and PPC and we hope to continue on the same path together for many years!

I feel extremely confident in ML ability to listen to my requirements and provide a very knowledgable and effective serivce to Peachy Belts. As a small company I am very cautious about where I spend my marketing budget. From the beginning I liked Matt and his team, felt that they really listen and understand what I need, and go above and beyond to create the results. There explanations of why certain things are applied make complete sense to me, and I do feel that they really care about Peachy improving sales and spending my money wisely. There service is exemplery and they are very quick to respond, when I plague them with things I am thinking of! I have recommended them to anyone who wants help with the digital side of their business. They built a new website for me, have given me training in how to use it, and however tiresome I may be, they are always charming to deal with! I love to ring and speak to Matt, Richard, Steven and Joanna, and really feel that they are on the sales journey with me.
