Rouge Hair

I would not advise having hair extensions fitted here! On my last visit they were refitted mainly by someone who I now realise is not fully qualified! However they were checked?! I have since had another opinion and have been informed and shown photos of the insertion!! Definitely a poor job!! Also the hair used was far too heavy for my baby fine locks and could have potentially caused damage!! Services: Hair extensions, Hair coloring, Hair highlighting

Where do I start. I came here after seeing all their fabulous work online. During the consultation I asked for sutible lightning around my face. Root Regrowth and refresh. After sitting for nearly an hour with bleach and 9% on my face frame and no root colour I asked when they were going to do my roots. They then washed the bleach off. Dried my hair then applied my roots and an all over colour. I made it clear copper is no issue how bright as I know it fades out nicely in my hair. End result BIG YELLOW STRIPES at the front of my hair. A natural dark brown root colour and mahogany midlength and ends. I was notified to say the least. When I explain it wasnt what I asked for they basically blamed the quality of my hair but as a hairdresser that is their job to analyse and use the correct products etc to counteract this. I basically looked like a spice girl gone wrong They then went on to say its not mahogany and looked nice. Their option was to bleach cleanse this dreadful colour out or put a dark brown over to cover it. So either bleach and dry my hair out more or go darker. To say the least I wish I never went in. A month later and all my hair around my face has snapped off. Ive had another salon apply a deep brown to cover their work and my hair is officially really damaged. DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TOOK THEM 4 HOURS TO ACHEIVE THIS AWFUL REAULT. Not sure how to add photos but will try. Services: Hair glossing, Hair regrowth, Hair highlighting

Amazing salon and fabulous staff, they take the time to pay attention to detail and deliver perfect results, they are so knowledgeable and they genuinely care and strive to make you feel like the best version of yourself when you leave the salon, they make you feel like you have joined a family, its so relaxed and friendly, I want to thank Ashton and liv in particular for making my hair dreams/ goals a reality, I love the new blonde me!
