        Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea, place is very glamorous and staff are professional and courteous.

        Very very disappointed this evening. We regularly visit Spencers and its the only night me and my best friend meet up- once a month. I travel an hour to get here and weve had a booking for this evening for a month. We turned up and the manager was just locking the door, he explained they were short staffed and theyve taken the week out. We havent had a call or an email which I find appalling. Luckily we enjoyed a lovely meal at No. 5 around the corner.

        Just had a coffee stop here, but very nice seating area inside and out and the staff were very polite and helpful. Would visit again.
