I Middleton
When I went in to the Retford branch at about 1pm on the 31/8/22 there where 5 in the queue when I got to the counter I ask for some change the cashier was pised off and told me she has no charge to give me I only wanted 20 out in pounds

the bank as a whole is good and i have been a member for a few years. however everything about this branch screams lazy. the opening times have been getting smaller and smaller, it was bad enough when it closed at 4, now 3? i went in to ask for advice about a savings account only to be turned away and told to look on the app. its not exactly good enough
