Planters at Bretby

Checked the restaurant had an outdoor seating area got there and no dogs allowed on a weekend. Don't obviously realise people who have dogs might work Monday to Friday. Went somewhere else instead won't come here again.

I arrived around 2:30pm with my colleague and two autistic children who are both 5. We found a table and sat down. My colleague then went to join the queue to order food with one of the children. After waiting in the queue for around 10 minutes and having another person in front of my colleague get served only then were then informed that no more food would be served for the rest of the day. The person behind the counter then spoke to the child with my colleague in a patronising tone sorry kid no more food. When my colleague asked why, they were told by the person behind the counter that they have to have a cut off point somewhere after serving a lady 6 childrens meals. As we were leaving the restaurant, another person in the queue was served even though there is a cut off point somewhere as the person behind the counter had said. No were in the restaurant where there signs to say that food was stopped at a specific time due to a bank holiday. Non of the staff made any effort to inform us of a cut off point for ordering food due to a bank holiday. When i phoned up to inform them of this they said that nothing could be done as I said that me, my colleague and the children would not come back. Not happy appalling service.
