        Wonderful rustic wood lodge just off the A1 a few miles north of the picturesque town of Alnwick with it's amazing Castle. For two nights in February the lodge was great value for our family of four at 207 with utility costs included. Bedding & Towels costs extra but wooden for a fire and dishwasher tablets were included. A great base to visit Northumberland. Note there is some noise of traffic but it didn't bother us or spoil our stay.
