have stopped trying to get any appointments as it is impossible. receptionists at this. surgery seem to decide whether you are fit to work and whether you deserve a sick note. how is that right?

Ring this morning for an appointment, for my son receptionist asked personal questions which is none of there business they are not medically trained, all I wanted was to speak to a doctor which I never got. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELF, its not about patients anymore its all down to money

Rang this morning and was told Id get a call back.. never happened. Been waiting over 4 hours now, and is quite a serious matter.. pathetic excuse of a surgery

Visited today for my flu jab. What a pleasure to be among such efficient and friendly NHS staff. Helped me with additional query without me feeling I was a nuisance. Thank you everyone.
