        We 1st used Giles when a new boiler was needed. 1st rate installation. We next used them for its annual service. 1st rate and prompt service. We had a radiator that needed removing urgently. Prompt, friendly and well priced service again. Thanks!

        Luke responded promptly to my initial enquiry and came to quote for the job reliably on time. The member of his team who came to carry out the job was really friendly, polite and clearly very capable. He carried out the work efficiently and left everything so tidy. Also great to see Luke and his team working within the Covid guidelines set out by the Government, wearing facemasks and using hand gels throughout their time at our property - this is all really reassuring, Thanks again and we would definitely use Giles Plumbing & Heating in the future.
